How To Make Sea Moss Gel
Step 1: Rinse
Rinse a handful of sea moss under cool water.
We rinse ours strand by strand to get it really clean.
Place it in a stainless steel or glass container.

Step 2: Soak
Cover the sea moss with spring water or 9.5 alkaline water.
Squeeze the juice from a few key limes over the top to help neutralize the taste,
then let it soak for 12 to 24 hours.
(See the link at the bottom of the page for info on the machine we use.)

Step 3: Blend
Once fully soaked, add your sea moss to a blender along with the soaking water,
just enough to cover it. Blend for about 2 minutes, until smooth.

Step 4: Set
Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar and refrigerate for about an hour,
until it hardens into a gel.

That's it!
Your sea moss gel is ready to enjoy in your favorite
food, drink, or even face masks.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 to 4 weeks.
